Punya/Papa

Papa are the accumulated negative actions.
Punya are the accumulated positive actions.

Both decide about the expected rebirth.

Papa and Punya are debit and credit – two times Papa today I can delete with three times Punya tomorrow. Same is possible the other way round, of course.
